A group of open source software developers are convening in Davis for a 5-day programming sprint to improve the tools available for web-enabled scientific collaboration.  This is a truly global effort with participants coming from as far away as Norway, Hungary, and Sweden.  The focus of this sprint is creating and improving tools for managing bibliographic collections and hierarchical keyword systems in Plone, Zope, and Python.
